TAHS: Marketing and Defining Workforce Housing

Agents will learn to identify and communicate workforce housing and benefits to clients. 

They will learn to assess clients' financial readiness, explain the impact of housing affordability on families and communities, evaluate workforce housing options, explore financing programs at various levels, and gain strategies for building partnerships and advocating for expanded housing access.
