Realtor Application

I hereby apply for REALTOR® Membership in the Tall Pines Association of REALTORS®. I agree to abide by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics, which includes the duty to arbitrate, and the Tall Pines and State Association Constitution, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. I further agree, if required, to satisfactorily complete a reasonable and non-discriminatory written examination on such Code, Constitutions, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.
I understand membership brings certain privileges and obligations that require compliance and my membership may be revoked if I do not complete the requirements within the timeframe established in the TPAR Bylaws. I further understand that as a continued condition of membership, I will be required to complete periodic Code of Ethics training as specified in the TPAR Bylaws.
I acknowledge that if accepted as a member of Tall Pines Association REALTORS® and I subsequently resign, or otherwise cause my membership to terminate, with an ethics complaint pending, the Board of Directors may condition renewal of my membership upon my certification that I will submit to the pending ethics proceeding and will abide by the decision of the Hearing Panel. If I resign, or otherwise cause my membership to terminate, the duty to arbitrate continues in effect even after my membership lapses or is terminated, provided the dispute arose while I was a REALTOR®

You must be an active, licensed real estate agent or licensed certified/residential appraiser.
Complete the Online Realtor® Member Application listed below.
If you are applying for Secondary membership only, please include a Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association.
Once the online Realtor® Member Applications have been completed and submitted for Approval, you will receive an email with the next steps in completing the membership process.
