Serving 27 years as a Bank Loan Officer provided me a thorough understanding of the loan approval processes, and the mortgage product and pricing alternatives available to borrowers.  A career within customer service focused community banks has instilled a deep appreciation for quality communications with borrowers and their agents, and the necessity for timely loan closings.

An undergraduate degree in Finance and a Master's Degree in Business Administration provide a perspective of the mortgage and financial markets that is unique to mortgage lenders.

We are a full-service mortgage company based in Texas, and we focus on helping qualified borrowers obtain mortgage financing to either Purchase a Home, Refinance an existing Home Loan, or Take Cash Out of the equity of an existing home.  We have proudly originated mortgages loans for Texas Borrowers since 1992.
