Legal Update I, is a mandatory 4-hour continuing education (CE) course for all active real estate license holders in Texas to fulfill their two-year CE requirement. 

What is Legal Update I?

It's a 4-hour continuing education course required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). 

It is part of the 18-hour CE requirement for Texas real estate licensees every two years. 

The content is developed by TREC, the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M, and an advisory committee.
